Education - Minimum of university degree in science, law, economic, administrative or relevant fields b. Experience - At least 5 years of experience in providing monitoring and data collection services on projects. - Has worked with United Nations Agencies, international NGOs and/or international companies in Northern Syria. - Experience in protection work in humanitarian context. - Possess a degree in law, social sciences, humanities or project management. - Experience in conducting field-based research/monitoring, preferably in a humanitarian context. - Knowledge of local culture and languages spoken by the affected communities, government counterparts and implementing partners in Syria. c. Key Competencies - Assessment & Data Collection (field visits, interviews, PDMs, needs analysis). - Analytical & Reporting Skills (produce clear, structured, and insightful reports) - Communication & Community Engagement (interacting with IDPs/returnees and raising issues) - Flexibility & Field Adaptability (working in different locations and challenging environments) d.
